The role will involve responsibility for the design and implementation of Infrastructure both on premise and cloud-based.

Seeking candidates who will have worked for an MSP for several years, designing and implementing complex solutions across multiple customer sites.

Skills Required

*Several years of expertise with an Irish MSP, designing and implementing complex solutions

*Expertise in Customer engagement, documentation, excellent written and verbal documentation skills

*Microsoft Technology expert - M365, O365, Azure

*VMware design and implementation

*Backup and DR Design

*Networking technical skills

*Ability to discuss customer needs with customers, design solutions and develop SOW outlining all tasks involved to achieve same.

*Ability to adapt to differing customer strategies

*Azure Implementation
