TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin city centre, is seeking applications for an IT Security Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will suit candidates who are passionate about security and who have the drive to improve the security landscope for customers.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with Senior Mangement, Managed Services Teams, customer and the wider internal teams within the organisation.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a specific Security function or working in an SOC and have experience in Health Checks, Vunerability Checks, M365 Security, Security Projects, Security Documentation.
Duties to Include:
*SOC - 24x7 escalation point along with other colleagues, agent rollout, improving security posture
*M365 Security - creating recommended documentation for securing M365 security, M365 tenant auditing
*Health Checks
*Vunerability Scans
*Security Pre-Sales -working with pre-sales teams and customers on site where necesssary
*CIS Framework - ISO27001 team co-operation
*Security Updating
*Security Portfolio
*Incident response and Crisis Management
*Security Projects
*Security Documentation
Candidates should come from a strong IT Security background, ideally working with multiple clients/customers regarding their security coverage.
Security Certifications preferred. eg. CISSP, CISM, Masters in Cyber Security.
