I am excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of my closest clients in Dublin. This is a 12 month contract, with an exciting opportunity to join their Helpdesk team.
Primary Tasks:
Provide feedback on client systems and recommendations where suitable, of client upgrade and/or improvement.
Windows, Office 365 & active directory.
Hardware support experience in Laptops, printers & PCs.
Ensure root cause analysis is continually happening for both technical and business incidents to avoid them happening in the future.
