Responsibilities

* Manage Outsourced On-Site Support
* Manage Application Support Services
* Interface with OT teams on infrastructure, security, and application needs

In addition, this person should also possess:

* Knowledge in network operations and/or application management
* Experience in manufacturing or supply chain technologies and systems
* 7-10 years of experience in IT
* Experience managing outsourced IT providers and experience working with a variety of third-party technical organisations to achieve business goals
