TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin 18, is seeking a senior Level 2 or a Level 3 IT Support Engineer with solid MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.

Your role will be to handle escalated IT tickets from Levels 1 and 2 and resolve these as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Prior expertise within an IT MSP is essential.

Technologies to include

*5-6 years expertise in MS Server Administration and Support

*4+ years of MS-Azure expertise

*Exchange Online/Hybrid

*Exceptional Client facing skills - solid written and verbal communication is essential - fluency in English is essesntial.

*Irish Drivers license required.
