PMO Analyst, 6 Month Contract, Dublin Based Global FS Company
My client, a Global Financial Services organisation are looking to take on a PMO Analyst on a daily rate contract basis. The contract will be for an initial 6 months.
The Role
* Planning and implementing Project Management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
* Creating & Implementing Capacity Planning and Timecard Tools.
* Working with Project Managers to monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
* Gathering and analysing project data to identify issues and to assist in remediation activities.
* Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed.
* Responsible for providing Finance & Billing Files.
* Supporting in preparing project status reports for management review.
* Ensuring all projects are in compliance with relevant standards.
* Ensuring accurate data is entered into required systems.
* Performing induction sessions for new employees.
Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills
We are looking for an individual with some relevant experience, either in a project delivery environment or a PMO. Our minimum requirements are:
* Degree in Technology related area
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* Fully proficient in MS Excel
* Knowledge of project management methodologies
* Proactive, self-driven approach
* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry
* Excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with stakeholders including senior executives
* High attention to detail
* Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent organisational/administration skills
* Fluent in English
Competitive Daily Rate, 1 day per week in office, 4 days remote working.
Candidate must be based in Ireland.
