Role: Service Desk Support
Type: Contract - 12 Month full time contract. Hybrid Work - 2 days in office required.
Location: Dublin, City Centre

Primary Tasks:
* Must have at least 1 year experience within a helpdesk role.
* Great communication skills both written and verbally.
* Able to effectively communicate with team and escalate issues to relevant specialists if required.
* Experience working in Citrix Workspace, Microsoft office & Windows OS.
It will be your responsibility to resolve 1st line troubleshooting issues
