IT Field Support Engineer - Growing MSP - Dublin
Our client who requires a good IT Field Service Engineer L2is a Managed IT Services Provider providing high-level IT Services to SME and larger company sector here in Dublin.
The Field Service IT Engineer role involves providing on-site Technical support, along with getting involved with Infrastructure Project work to our clients based around Dublin. Typically you go out to client sites 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days per week doing remote support from home or office.
Exposure to the following skills would be an advantage for the IT Field Service Engineer job:
- Strong IT Support skills, and ability to work diversely
- Strong Customer Services Skills
- Well-mannered and Presentable
- Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Teams
- Active Directory
- Hyper-V
- Wireless Networking
- Windows 2016, 2019,2022 Active Directory and Group Policy experience
- Workstation deployment
- Networking knowledge
- Strong Team Player
- Firewalls - Sonicwall is an advantage.
- Azure is a bonus.
- Full Irish Driving License or ability to legally drive in Ireland is a must.
You must be legal to work in Ireland with the proper visa, and you must be living in Dublin or close enough to reasonably commute.
The client is working towards their Microsoft Gold Partner status, which means you will be encourage to do your Microsoft Certifications, and you will receive training both on official courses and in-house.
The client will also provide you with a personal career path where they will assist you to increase your experience to reach Level 3 IT Engineer.
Excellent basic salary on offer, with bonus, commission on all services recommended to clients, company car, phone, laptop, fuel card, & all the training you can handle.
