Dublin central based MSP have two openings for Field Service Engineers with interesting clients & projects. This is an excellent company for you to join, as you will have a proven career pathway up the engineering levels, and the client will provide you with career progression. You also will received training both in-house and on official courses on the latest Microsoft technologies.
You must have at least 5+ years good IT Technical Support experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Office365 Administration, Window 10, Hyper-V, PC & Network Support.
This role will suit a strong Technical Support IT Engineer who wants more engaging projects with a company who is interested in your progress. There also is a separate version of the role which will suit a more experience Senior Field Service Engineer.
Key skills & experience for the Field Service Engineer role:
- Proven IT Engineer experience at least Level 2 either Field or in-house with a desire to work client facing.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies - e.g Active Directory, Office365 Admin, Hyper-V
- PC Support.
- Networking.
- Firewall knowledge is a bonus such as Sonicwall or similar.
- Azure is a bonus.
- Full Irish Driving License or legal to drive in Ireland.
- Legal to work in Ireland with correct visa.
After 3 months on the job, you will be able to go hybrid remote work from home, typically two days a week work from home, and 3 days typically on site with clients.
Clients office is based in North Dublin, so you must be comfortably be able to get there for work, so this role will suit you best if you are living near North Dublin, West Dublin, Dublin City Centre, North County Dublin or Meath, Louth or Kildare.
