Senior Field Service IT Engineer - Dublin
Dublin central based MSP have two openings for Field Service Engineers with interesting clients & projects. This is an excellent company for you to join, as you will have a proven career pathway up the engineering levels, and the client will provide you with career progression. You also will received training both in-house and on official courses on the latest Microsoft technologies.
You must have several years good Field Service Engineer or IT Technical Support experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Office365 Administration, Window 10, Hyper-V, PC & Network Support.
This role will suit a strong experience Field Service Engineer. There is also a separate version of the role which will suit a Technical Support IT Engineer who wants to progress & upskill into a Senior Field Service Engineer.
Key skills & experience for the Field Service Engineer role:
- Proven IT Engineer experience at least Level 2 either Field or in-house with a desire to work in the field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies - e.g Active Directory, Office365 Admin.
- PC Support.
- Networking.
- Firewall knowledge is a bonus such as Sonicwall or similar.
- Azure is a bonus.
- Full Driving License.
- Legal to work in Ireland with correct visa.

After 3 months in the job you will be able to have hybrid work from home, working at least 2 days per week from home.
