Mid Level Data Analyst ETL – Limerick/Clare – WFH/Onsite Hybrid

Our client is a leader in international Aviation solutions with their Ireland base in the Limerick region and are expanding their data related capabilities with across their US and Ireland network.

As part of this expansion they have partnered with IT Search to engage with a Data Analyst to join them on their journey. Currently utilising an Oracle based ERP system, they are now in a position to step up their Data capability here and this role is to design and execute additional data structures and reporting processes, with ETL and visualisation playing a large part of this.

The role:

·      Working as part of a global data team (including subsidiaries) to execute new data architecture

·      Focus on data delivery, scalability and ETL automation where possible (using SQL)

·      Work across data pipelines as well as multiple internal departments for reporting/dataviz

·      Utilising PowerBI to design bespoke dashboards when required and training non technical users

·      Ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing processes to increase functionality

Candidate requirements:

·      5 years of post grad commercial experience in Data Analysis

·      DWH experience with Oracle and SQL Server (Crystal Reports welcome)

·      Strong knowledge of PowerBI for transformation/visualisation/analysis

·      Track record of creativity and the ability to address potential improvements in processes

·      Some experience in programming, scripting and Java API knowledge a definite advantage

·      Data pipeline creation, experience on unstructured datasets, cloud experience

·      Strong team ethic required due to the collaborative nature of the role
