My client are a highly established company who are hiring for a helpdesk support analyst on a full time 12 month contract. This position is based in Dublin.
Primary Tasks:
* Report to IT helpdesk team leader & forward 2nd line issues where necessary.
* Responsible for assisting the use of application systems for users.
* Equipment management and maintenance, ensuring laptops are correctly configured and stored.
* Promote correct workplace procedures in regards to IT.
* Taking a lead in troubleshooting issues of a moderate level of difficulty.
