Essential Skills Include
*A Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Service Desk expertise - within a managed Services environment. (Not in-house support, experience must be within IT Managed Services where you have support multiple customers concurrently as part of Service Level Agreements).
*Windows Environment Expertise - Server/Office 365 Support skills
*Basic Networking expertise - TCP/IP, DNS
*Basic Switches/Routers Expertise
*Active Directory Administration expertise
*Email Server Support
*Exposure to Azure
*Printer Support
*Full Drivers License preferred (Irish license).
