One of our key clients, a Data Centre Infrastructure specliast are looking to make a key hire to develop customer and partner relationships for their prestigious client base.

Your main focus will be nurturing the relationships to ensure future business is secured. You will be used to and comfortable with building strong influential relationships and developing documented plans with key stakeholders to help achieve your goals. You will have a winning 'can do' attitude and experience of growing alliances and partnerships in a corporate environment, and as a senior member of the team, be expected to lead, coach, mentor and advise.

General Contractors are often a conduit for future business, and, will engage with our clients earlier in the sales cycle. The ability to spot, influence and encourage partnerships with the General Contractors to ensure future business is key.


• Identifying, managing and developing key General Contractors
• Being accountable for developing strategies though astute business planning and documenting plans for all key alliance accounts along with the sales business manager
• Identify key people at the facilitating alliances partners and build relationships
• Identify and maintain knowledge of key projects in flight
• Identify and maintain knowledge of forecasted projects at priority accounts
• To manage the development of a strong pipeline of Net New Opportunity and visible Works coming downstream from those enabling partners in the form of monthly updates to the sales community Involved in commercial decisions that impact the revenue streams of those accounts
• Liaising with Marketing to manage and create necessary targeted sales and marketing campaigns
• Identifying market trends to grow incremental revenue / opportunities
• Delivering corporate presentations to high-level executives
• Attending client meetings where appropriate
• Maintaining and expanding relationships across the full structure within the client from Exec Level down.
• Being able to influence across all levels within the client
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings, training courses and presentations
• Effectively and successfully negotiate
• Liaising with Operations teams to ensure SLA's are being adhered to
• To be the primary point of contact for all escalations and problem resolution

• Success in managing high level commercial relationships
• Self-motivated, disciplined, enthusiastic with high levels of self sufficiency
• Team player
• Ability to influence both internal and external customers
• Professional approach in dealing with City based Clients
• Understanding of working with Enterprise level customers
