IT Manager

I am working with an exciting SAAS company based in Dublin City Centre. The service my client provides is used by small local start-ups and enterprise-level companies. What will you be doing?

* Work with the Head of technology to help maintain and improve IT Infrastructure
* Assist, support and maintain our ISO 27001 program and compliance to other best practices.
* To be responsible for design, install, maintenance, and retirement of Infrastructure for our SaaS production environment.
* Mentor a small team of less experienced engineers
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
* Administration, management and monitoring of production and office Networks.
* Administration, management and monitoring of production and office Security.
* Administration and management of office environment.
* Develop documentation to improve process
* Maintain a strong Security profile, and innovate improvement regarding our availability, resilience and security in our infrastructure.

Technology / Experience Required:

* Virtualised & Cloud Environment Administration
* ­­­­­Administration of Windows Server & Linux environment including Active Directory, Files Shares, User management, Patch management, monitoring and Server hardening.
* Firewall/Security Management.
* Webserver, Application Server, Database Server Hardening, Configuration and management.
* Strong understanding of Windows + Linux Server systems.
* Experience working in an ISO27001 certified company would be great

Non-Technical Experience:

* Strong communication skills written and verbal
* A want to continually improve and learn new skills
* Excellent Team working skills
* A willingness to help in any area of the business
