Opportunity to learn Scala, ideal for strong Java Developers with an interest in functional programming.

Senior Software Engineers (multiple) required for a client in Dublin City Centre, unique opportunity to work on an AI product doing very well in the market. The concept is fantastic, clients include well-known multinationals based all over the world. This is a chance to work with a Scala stack, most of the engineers are coming into the team with Java backgrounds and strong Cloud/DevOps experience…but we're open to strong Developers in any language. This is a talented, collaborative and open-minded team, a highly agile environment where you can have a huge say in every part of the dev process.

Fully remote will suit the company, outside of Ireland an option too.

Experience

* Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years' experience.
* AWS experience ideal.
* Experience building microservices.
* An interest in functional programming.
* Scala experience would be nice to have.
* Creative and analytical.
