Here in IRC we are delighted to bring this brand new Store Manager position to market with our client who are a leading company in the home improvement market. We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager, based in Dublin.The successful candidate will be responsible for Taking full responsibility for the store's health & safety, operational and financial performance. Lead, develop and inspire the team to create a store that is known as a destination for service in the local area. Please note that this position is fully on site and there is no work from home offered at this time.

In this position your duties will include but are not limited to
Drive Profitable Sales
* Drive the overall results of the store by developing and executing a store specific business plan in line with the company strategy.
* Defining goals to maximise store profit through a sales focused team.
* Achieving targets and KPI's as set by the business.
* Develop & grow a showroom business that is a credible competitor to local specialists.
* Developing commercial strategies using local knowledge of competitors and company activity.
Deliver Operational Excellence
* Delivering all elements of the P&L ensuring costs are in line with budgets and these are not exceeded.
* Management of the salary and wages budget to ensure appropriate deployment across all trading hours.
Improve Customer Experience.
* Role modelling great service and actively ensure Team are delivering "Be Friendly, Be Helpful & Be in Stock".
* Monitoring, measuring, and developing strategies and processes to drive continuously improved service levels.
* Delivering consistent "Always at our Best" principles.
Engage our Teams
* Lead the HomeSafe agenda for the store, overseeing the completion of all campaigns, weekly and monthly checks, and all relevant risk assessments.

* Developing own leadership capabilities through effective use of a Personal development plan.
