The Role
We are looking for someone to join a growing team as a Digital Accessibility Delivery Lead. The role will support leadership to drive compliance and delivery of accessible products and services across the enterprise.

Assist with strategy and oversee the implementation of the approach to accessibility.
You will consult and train teams on specific accessibility requirements and use tools that teams can incorporate across the enterprise.
Be responsible for managing workloads, prioritisation, and anticipating support needs.

Your Profile
To be successful, you must show empathy towards people with disabilities, have a passion for helping to make products better for everyone. You have a curious, inquisitive mind and self-awareness with an interest in continuing to improve your people and technical skills. You are also able to share your knowledge and talent with team members and clients by providing training and mentoring.

Previous leadership experience.
Experience in vendor management and assisting a global delivery support model.
IAAP or equivalent certification.
CPACC, ADS and/or WAS certifications desirable but not necessary.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodology.
Knowledge of Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines and specifications.
Desire to work in assistive technology and accessibility-related software, including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, Dragon NaturallySpeaking or other speech recognition software.
