itContracting are seeking to recruit a Technical Services Analyst based in Cork or Dublin

This role would be suitable for a I.T Graduate 

This is a 6 month contract initially.

Hybrid option available

Your Role:
As a Technical Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first level technical support across the organisation. This will be a hands-on role as the technical services analyst will be first point of contact for all IT technical queries, ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner in line with agreed levels of service. The analyst will also be responsible for user account provisioning and ensuring that appropriate and effective methods of access provisioning are followed. Analysts will ensure user access provisioning controls are in place at a time of significant digital transformation and growth. Within this role you will work closely with other analysts on the team and also have opportunities to engage with cross functional teams of like-minded highly skilled professionals.

To be successful in this role: you should be able to demonstrate excellent MS Office Suite skills, initiative and the ability to adapt to change, good communication skills, an ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate work and capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Team: Group Technology is responsible for the delivery of IT services to the organisation. Your team provide first level technical support to colleagues across the  organisation.

Your Responsibilities: 

- Operate user provision processes across the organisations key systems. 
- Assist in resolving Technical queries on the banks hardware and software applications. 
- As a member of the Technical Services team, assist in a drive for change and automation.
- Maintain timely awareness of current initiatives, rollouts and changes to technical environments.
- Participate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives in the IT Department as required. 


- Previous experience in Active Directory and system user access provisioning.
- 1 - 2 years experience in an I.T Helpdesk setting or simialr (This position would be suitbale for graduates)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with multi-functional teams. 
- Proven track record of working to tight timeline. 
- Ability to run ad hoc user access queries and reports as required. 
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, add value immediately and meet service level agreements Desired 
- Previous experience working with database related processes 
- Any experience of Identity Access Management Technologies/ Database tooling would be beneficial to the team
