Key role in the successful delivery of a number of strategic IT projects
You will be responsible for:
* Support Project Managers in administrative duties and processes
* Schedule meetings and keep minutes
* Assist with project planning where required
* Implement the PMO policies and procedures
* Create weekly reports on the project portfolio
* Track resource costs and support cost forecasting
* Manage time-sheet input by project resources and related reporting
* Monitor project status, financial reports & lead times on open items
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 year's experience in IT Projects
* Project financial management experience
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
* Must be result‐oriented, dependable, adhere to established time commitments, and the ability to deliver results
* Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
