itContracting are seeking to recruit a BI Developer for our client based in Dublin. This is a one year contract initially Key deliverables for the BI Developer Role are:   - Prototyping, designing, and developing in Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services - Reporting Services and Integration Services or SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) - Support the design of data migration process from legacy applications to maximise the quality, integrity and availability of relevant data - Design logical and physical data models, focusing on key cross-application data objects across operational and corporate applications. - Experience in database and query performance tuning - Advanced T-SQL scripting - The design and development of Power BI visualisations, dashboards and reports Key Experience:   - Development of Paginated Reports using Microsoft SSRS -   - Microsoft SSIS & SSAS -   - Data Modelling -   - Advanced Transact SQL -   - Database query performance and tuning Mandatory: - 4-6 years BI experience - 3rd level degree in Computing or related and fluent English - Microsoft SSRS, SSIS & SSAS - Advanced Transact SQL Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
