You will play an integral part in delivering Strategic IT Programmes and influencing the strategic direction of one of Ireland's most recognisable brands

You will be responsible for:

* The design of systems & solutions.
* Preparation and evaluation of IT requirements
* Carry out market research to ensure the right solutions are procured
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the specific business areas
* Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure that the necessary skills,
* Ensure competencies, and knowledge are being developed across the team
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement by looking for and driving new ways of working, processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

* Experienced in Design & Architecture Solution Delivery, operating at a senior level
* Ability to produce concise, accurate solution designs to meet business requirements
* Significant experience of design and/or development across technologies in use or equivalent (e.g.SAP, Office 365, SaaS, CoreHR, PowerBI, Power Apps, Qlik, Microbus, Trapeze, SalesForce)
* Strong Project Management experience
* Experience in people/team management
