Senior UX Designer

US based company with a headquarters in Dublin, hiring experienced UX Designers to join their team. This will be a hybrid role with the successful candidates ideally working 1/2 days in office. You will be working in a highly functioning agile team, working alongside developers and product owners. You will maintain a hands on approach to the UX process, dealing with research, creating workflows, prototypes and wireframes. With the growth of the company and products, you will have opportunities for fast progression. Long term you will have the chance to move into more senior roles which maintain a hands on approach, or, If leading a team and mentoring designers is more your long term plan, you can progress down that route.

Responsibilities:

* Work in agile environments
* Mentor junior designers
* Hands on with research, prototyping, wireframing etc.
* Designing the functionality of new products and features.
* Leading design workshops
* Dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience in UX position
* Experience leading cross functional workshops
* Worked in an agile environment.
* Daily use of Figma required.
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX work
