Ergo are seeking an IT Support Engineer for a 6 month contract role in West Dublin. The successful IT Engineer will provide infrastructure support to local users on a diverse technical stack which includes Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware and backup systems.

Good daily rates and potential for contract extension for suitable candidates.

This is a hybrid role.

What will you do?

* Provide L2 support to Service Desk
* Assist with troubleshooting issues arising from IT daily monitoring and operations checks.
* Data Backup monitoring, Anti-Virus, Web / Mail, SAN, Server Hardware monitoring and patching
* Support and implement IT projects
* Infrastructure security including Mail, Desktop, Mobile devices
* Complete equipment installations including loading software and running diagnostic tests
* Conduct performance evaluations and recommends necessary adjustments to the environments to ensure peak performance

You should have experience in the following areas...

* Previous experience in a similar role - Systems Administrator, IT Engineer etc.
* Windows Server including Active Directory and Exchange
* Networking (Firewalls an advantage)
* VMware
* O365
