Job Title: End User Device Build & Concierge Support Engineer - Hybrid

Contract/ Permanent: Contract 3-6 Months

Location: Dublin 2 On-site/Hybrid Workplace

Overview:

Ergo are a managed services company which employs over 500 staff. We provide a managed service across the whole IT spectrum and we have over 200k end users and are Ireland's largest Microsoft partner.

Ergo are delighted to present an exciting 3-6-month contract with our client based in Dublin 2. This is an exciting, client facing role, with one-2-one interaction with users required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Building Laptops and PCs with Windows 10 and using SCCM to install applications on the devices
* Setting up staff on their new devices via One-to-one appointments as part of the Hybrid return to work
* Assist by answering Questions from staff returning to work regarding desk set up etc. - also checking network ports, phones, power, monitor, mouse, keyboard etc are working on all desks
* Trouble-shooting and problem-solving Desktop issues.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

* Desktop engineer with 3-5 years' experience
* Networks - port connectivity and troubleshooting
* Meeting room Audio/Visual set-up and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills and a good customer-facing manner and temperament
* Good problem-solver and trouble-shooter. Ability to think on their feet
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Windows environment - Win7, Win10, Active Directory & SCCM
* Microsoft - Cloud, Outlook, Teams & Skype
* VDI, Citrix & Remote Desktop
