Ornua's ICT department in Dublin provides a centralized ICT service to group companies in Europe, Africa, Middle East, China and America. Part of the ICT Department, the Infrastructure Services team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of performance and availability in a 24 x 7 environment supporting operations across our Production Facilities, On-Premise Data Centres, Cloud Services and Microsoft Azure, Global Network, IT hardware, software management, data and security.
The Infrastructure Services team goal is to develop a strong knowledge based technical support team, implement modern technologies to support the business strategy and build supplier / customer relationships.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to work with a broad range of technologies. You will work closely with the Infrastructure team members to develop and implement and maintain corporate infrastructure policies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Level 1 administration and management of Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
Maintain Office 365 security posture via Secure Score.
Partner with IT project teams to design, build, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions.
Data migrations from on-premise locations to SPO
Manage existing SharePoint Online sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
Administer a Multi-Domain Active Directory environment, assist in the consolidation of the same.
Troubleshoot various Microssoft 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
Mobile Device Management - InTune policy management of Phones and Laptops
Assist with Cloud Collaboration related projects, including but not limited to the deployment of future Microsoft 365 technologies.
Identify opportunities and recommend products and solutions to improve the security, reliability and efficiency of our existing Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
Creation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft 365 policies and procedure documentation.
Experience administering 1000+ user base - M365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint Online environment
At least 2 years experience with Exchange or Sharepoint administration, developing Sharepoint solutions and providing support in a large organization in geographically dispersed areas.
Active Directory and Azure AD management and migration experience.
AzureAD Connect Experience.
Experience with various M365 Powershell Nodes (Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, MSOL, AzureAD)
Microsoft SCOM and SCCM experience is advantagous
Familiar with supporting Microsoft Windows 10 & Windows Server OS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
Accuracy and attention to detail are both essential
