Senior UX Designer
My client a global leader with the financial industry working in private funds and investment banking are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join their growing team. As a designer you will have the opportunity to come in a work on a brand new greenfield strategic platform. You will participate in upstream design processes, prototype and iterate user interaction design through to service blueprints and UI specifications.

Your responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to deliver elegant user experience design
• You will communicate UX through the design process with prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints and high-fidelity prototypes
• You will integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing specifications
• You will advocate prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX/ interaction design role, with supporting portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
• Have the UX fundamentals like research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing
• Have experience in usage of design systems to drive coherent design practices
• Have experience with research, e.g. in-depth interviews, analytics, research methods Beneficial but not essential
• Have experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD or similiar
• Have a passion for user-centered design, systems thinker, visual designer
• Have the ability to apply design principles to complex problems, from conceptual to detailed design stage
• Ability to navigate a dynamic cross-functional environment
