Senior Staff Systems Engineer

A really exciting, new role with one of my long-term clients who happen to be one of the world's most innovative and fastest-growing software companies. We helped them open their Dublin office a few years ago and they really haven't looked back! They are currently looking to further expand their systems engineering team with the addition of a senior staff level engineer who will bring huge amounts of experience to the team and be a project leader from the word go.

You will join a DevOps team and work extensively with Linux/Unix systems. You'll also need to be someone with rock solid scripting skills in Python or Ruby. In an ideal world, you'll also be a strong python developer, but if you work in Linux engineering and would have excellent scripting skills then we'd still want to hear from you.

Desired Technical Skills:

* Extensive Unix/Linux Systems Engineering experience
* Excellent scripting skills in Python or Ruby
* CI/CD experience - release engineering a bonus
* Experience managing multiple datacentres
* Experience with Kubernetes would be a bonus
* Experience working in a company that manages its own private cloud at a large scale
