Senior Director of UX

*Fully remote In Ireland*

Salary up to €160k + benefits

One time opportunity for a highly experienced and driven designer to join one of the best known companies in Ireland. The successful candidate will have a key part in the expansion and growth of an already successful sofware company. As the Director of UX you will lead a team of designers and researchers, to create, deliver and expand a customer first digital experience. You will be responsible for the daily running of design operations for the UX team, you will work alongside stakeholders on the product vision to exceed business goals. You will also have the opportunity to recruit and build the design team the way you want.

Responsibilities:

* Create and expand the UX vision and strategy for user experiences.
* Lead UX process, product design, best practices for the product and team.
* Work alongside stakeholders, product teams building strong relationships along the way.
* Attract and recruit talented individuals to grow the global team.
* Mix customer needs with business gaols to achieve overall results.

Requirements:

* 6+ years design experience and 5+ years in leadershp/management role.
* Experience working in afast-paced tech company.
* Previous experience building design teams, recruiting talent.
* Track record of defining UX process.
* Portfolio showing team projects.
* Experience dealing with and working with clients and stakeholders.
