Finance has embarked on a multi-year Finance system transformation and therefore this role is integral to achieve success of business adoption throughout the program. In this role, you will actively partner with business groups within the organization to continuously optimize the functionality within Workday Financials and other Finance tools.. This role is a blend of ensuring configuration meets business needs, managing projects to implement Workday functionality, and providing reporting and analytics.

Who You Are

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and execution of an integrated change management plan collaborating closely with other Finance functions and stakeholders to lead in bridging gaps between technology, process or programme, helping to prepare any impacted business areas for the transition to new ways of working.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management initiatives to address the people side of change from awareness, understanding, buy-in and readiness, knowledge, ability to reinforcement.
Benefits realisation - identifying, defining, measuring and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the related programmes.
Develop and facilitate business change network of agents/champions
Collaborate, align and liaise with other internal programmes, channel owners and key stakeholders
Assist the continuing effort to maximise Finance system efficiencies.
Support the Finance requirements in the global rollout of new tools, products & markets.
Promote great teamwork, alignment and collaboration across Global Finance teams and develop and facilitate a business change network of agents/champions.
Define and manage adoption monitoring and sustainment activities and measure people change KPIs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in finance, software implementation or business-related fields
3+ years relevant Change Management experience in a similar role preferably in a software or technology company.
Evidence of strong Project Management skills
Proven ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products.
Experience working with a broad range of accounting software packages such as Workday Financials, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite preferred
Experience of senior stakeholder management, influence and alignment. Strong Influencing skills from operational staff, through the middle and up to senior management levels.
Passion for developing creative ways to optimize engagement and learning, and proven experience applying innovative and creative solutions to drive change adoption.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 61,000 - 85,000 EUR per year
