Technical Project Manager - WFH 1/2 Days
Located within the heart of Dublin City Centre with multiple transport links, we have an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join an Agile team within a Global presence that offer innovative online solutions to organizations to improve productivity. Remote working is supported within a hybrid working environment. the Technical Project Manager drives the execution of multiple client software projects. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget constraints and to the highest quality standards.

Day to Day activities:
• Determining and documenting customer requirements.
• Providing clear estimations of feasibility and risks.
• Managing status, scope, resources and budgets of multiple concurrent software projects.
• Producing and tracking project budgets and finances.
• Communicating and reporting on project status to management and clients.
• Adapting to change and developing risk mitigation plans throughout the project cycle with a view on the profitability of the project.
• Answering RFPs and project proposals.
• Consulting with management and business development on client relationship status and business issues.
• Helping the sales team to identify and close sales opportunities while developing and maintaining a close relationship with the clients.
Ideal Experience:
Project Management
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in technical project delivery.
• Formal PM qualification highly desirable.
• Experience working with a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging in size and complexity. Strong budgeting and scheduling skills are essential, along with the ability to project manage a multi-disciplined team and run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to implement the best practices and project management methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.
• E-learning industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
Presales
• Experience in responding to RFP/RFIs and creating proposals.
• Excellent client management experience in understanding and scoping requirements
