Guidant IRC are hiring on behalf of a well established company for the position of a recruitment administrator within the financial services industry.
Job Type: Fixed term 6-month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of pay: €30k - €35k
The successfull applicant will be responsible for supporting a financial services company from a recruitment process perspective, while also pre screening candidates and arranging interviews.
Key role requirements:
At least 2 years in a similar position.
Proven understanding of the recruitment process.
Knowledge of the financial services.
Experience screening candidates and CVs
Have an exact idea of what kind of candidate the company wants to employ.
Review the candidates CV.
Take heed for skills, education and relevant experience that closely match the requirements of the position required by the hiring company.
Review the candidates cover letter if required to see if they have a clear understanding of the position.
Arrange pre screening phone interviews with potential candidates.
Identify top candidates who would suit the position.
Liaise with the hiring manager or other management of the company.
A significant amount of data entry and management is involved in this position.
