Software Product Lead

Your role as Software Product Lead will be to manage the team of developers & drive the development of their product requirements. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership & team development skills, holding responsibility for ensuring the teams have the correct tools + skills to work as efficiently as possible. You will also be expected to serve as a technical leader for the software team, display great communication skills, technical capabilities, willingness to learn attitude.

Required:

* Degree in Computer Science, or similar.
* 5+ years working within development.
* 3+ years in a Team Lead position.
* Strong technical knowledge on web apps, databases + application error protocols.
* Strong understanding of UI technologies such as CSS, HTML5 & JavaScript.
* Experience working apart of a team.
* Strong knowledge operating with Oracle PL/SQL

Benefits:

* 75K-85K
