TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin city centre, is seeking applications for an IT Network and Server support engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
This role will require an element of shift work between 6.30am and 6.30pm (6.30am to 3pm/10am to 6.30pm) on a rotating weekly basis - ie one week early shift, next week later shift.
Skills required include:
*CompTIA A+ or Network + Certification
*CCNA Certification an advantage
*Hands-on experience (non solely helpdesk support experience) in administration of Servers and Networks on a daily basis - 3+ years of experience.
*Experience in Active Directory/Exchange Server
*End user support in a busy environment - ability to resolve technical issues in person at the desktop or remotely.
*Exposure to SQL queries
*Infrastructure Support
There is a 3 stage interview process for this role including a technical practical test and face to face interviews. (Candidates must be available for same in Dublin).
