My client requires an Operations Team Lead to join their team. You will work as a member of the European Support Team to deliver a premium support service to internal customers. This is a remote position with some travel to local office required on occasion.
You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and implementing service improvements
* Create weekly management reports on infrastructure performance
* Management and development of team members
You will have:
* Over 5 year's experience leading a Group based Enterprise Infrastructure Support Team
* Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate a technical team.
* Technical hands-on experience
