Programme Manager Data & Analytics - 12 Month Contract
I have a very exciting daily rate contract opportunity for a highly skilled Data & Analytics Programme Manager to work with an international brand on their digital transformation delivery program. This will be a 12 month rolling contract, likely to be multi-year. You will be involved in assisting and delivering upon this clients Data Function and scaling their team up over the course of the next year.
Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of PMO the role is to plan and direct the data analytics programme portfolio. You will ensure the overall portfolio aligns with the strategic and delivery vision of the organisation. You will work with Delivery Managers and Product Owners within the Team to establish the data and analytics roadmaps. You will build relationships across the organisation with internal customers, stakeholders (finance, technology, business teams), 3rd part vendors to ensure delivery of the portfolio roadmap across the organisation. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring high performing delivery teams while championing best practise methodologies across the delivery function. You will have proven skills at the highest level across stakeholder management, team leadership, programme governance and communication.
What you definitely need:
* Relevant 3rd level degree with IT/Technical focus
* 10 years relevant professional project / program IT delivery experience with min 3 yrs. in Data & Analytics area.
* Proven experience in delivering complex transformation portfolios / projects with min budgets of euro 5 million.
* Proven influencing, negotiating and communication skills up to Director and C Suite level.
* Effective people manager with proven ability to build, motivate and support high performing IT / Data delivery teams.
* Strong understanding of best practises, tools and techniques for delivery and programme management across the data & analytics area.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills and ability to present to C-Suite.
