My client, a global organisation headquartered in Dublin, are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team on a 6 month rolling contract basis.

You will be working on an exciting Greenfield Project that is expected to run for atleast 2-3 years! My client are offering fully remote working (as long as you are based in Ireland).

Responsibilities:

* Working on all phases of SDLC (design, implementation, unit testing, integration and release)
* Review and give feedback on technical designs, development issues etc
* Develop code to high standard
* Drive stories to completion (including automated testing, documentation and deployment)

Skillset Required

* 5+ years experience in similar software development role
* Experience working with Java, Springboot, SQL, Apache Tomcat and JUnit
* Extensive use of common tools - Version control (eg GIT), automated builds (eg. Jenkins), continuous integration, automated testing etc
* Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Openstack
