I am currently working with a Dublin based start-up company who have recently been acquired and are now expanding their Irish team. The team are looking for a Lead PHP developer to join the company and help manage the backend team. They currently have a team of around 5 developers working on the backend, with plans to expand throughout the year. You will be working with the Laravel framework and be a hands-on lead role, meaning that lead experience is not essential for the role but will be beneficial. It is a provider of workforce management solutions and will give you the opportunity to update and create new features for the application, as well as helping to grow the team over the rest of the year.

What are they looking for?

* 5+ years' experience as a developer
* Extensive experience with PHP
* Extensive experience with Laravel
* Experience with SQL, Rest APIs
* Experience with MariaDB
* Experience with OOP

Desirable:

* Start-up experience
* Team Lead experience
* Experience with multiple PHP frameworks
