TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in North West Dublin, is seeking applications for a Level 1 Windows Support Helpdesk role. This is an office based role, full time onsite. Hybrid model considered post probationary period.

Essential Skills to include

*2-4 years of experience supporting Windows Operating Systems/Office365 applications (Windows 7 to Windows10) ideally in a IT Services/Managed Services environment.
*PC/Laptops/Peripherals support
*Email Support - MS-Exchange (On-premise and Cloud)
*Active Directory expertise - new users/permissions/password resets
*Basic knowledge of networking/IP/LAN
*SonicWALL Firewall
*Ability to resolve technical tickets over the phone or in person
*Excellent Communication skills for supporting incoming client queries/tickets to be resolved
*Ability to prioritise and manage multiple daily technical issues
*IT Qualification - CompTIA A+ or other similar qualification
*Previous Helpdesk/Service Desk Experience is essential - logging technical tickets/incidents via a call-logging/ticketing system.
*Excellent English speaking skills

Preference will be given to candidates holding a full Irish Drivers Licence as occasional site visits to customers or to collect parts.

This is a permanent role where you will be learning a lot but also putting into practice your previous knowledge and experience.
The role will not sponsor a work permit application - Candidates must be already full eligible to work in Ireland (EU Passport or Stamp 4 permit holders).
