Mid-level to Senior Java Developer Rolling contract (Remote)

Daily rate: €450-490p/d

My client are a big name in the Financial/payments space and are looking for 3 x Senior Software Engineers to join their team to work on an exciting Greenfield project! They are based in Dublin however are offering fully remote in Ireland (You must be based in Ireland for consideration). This is an initial 6 month contract expected to roll on for upwards of 3-5 years.

My client are moving fast on this role and will be interviewing this week/early next week. This will be a 1 stage interview with offers made soon after!

Responsibilities:

* Working on all phases of SDLC (design, implementation, unit testing, integration and release)
* Review and give feedback on technical designs, development issues etc
* Develop code to high standard
* Drive stories to completion (including automated testing, documentation and deployment)

Skillset Required

* 5+ years' experience in similar software development role
* Experience working with Java, Springboot, SQL, Apache Tomcat and JUnit
* Extensive use of common tools - Version control (eg GIT), automated builds (eg. Jenkins), continuous integration, automated testing etc
* Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Openstack
