We are looking for a senior IT project manager to support the replacement of our client's legacy complaint management system from initial business analysis and specification development through to procurement, development, implementation and roll-out.

You will manage ALL aspects of this important project, including the development and delivery of the project and procurement strategy, key milestones, project governance and planning including supporting documentation, develop reporting structures, insights and analysis, and lead on stakeholder management.
You will work with internal and external resources to ensure this key project is delivered to the required standard, on-time and within budget.
You will be expected to develop and keep up to date, project and governance documentation including where required, to develop supporting business cases and to present and report on project status to a variety of stakeholders including where appropriate, the client's Council, the Steering Committee, the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders as requested and appropriate.
It is expected that the services will be delivered through a hybrid working model of both on-site and remote working as is appropriate to the project progression in support of the achievement of key milestones.
You should be in a position to clearly outline our clients' approach to the delivery of the service, including a high-level project plan outlining key stages to delivery.
You should also be able to outline how our client will ensure business continuity and reliability of service provision.
You will outline the suggested approach to contract management and issues resolution process.


Must have a least 7 years' experience in project management of ICT projects of similar size and scope to this project- managing a team of circa 120 people
Must able to provide 3 examples of similar projects which included the delivery of a CRM/CMS type software tool, in which you were personally involved during the past 10 years. You will have to outline your specific role in these projects, the nature of the work and the value of the project.
The PM must have a recognised qualification in project management equivalent to least level 7 on the NFQ.
