Desktop Support Engineer
12-Month Contract
Dublin based role with hybrid working
We are working exclusively with a leading Irish brand who have a long term opportunity for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team on a 12-month rolling contract. You will be a key member of a team which will be supporting many users across multiple sites in Ireland.
Needed for the role:
* 4+ years' experience in a Desktop/IT Support related role handling L2 issues
* Experience working with O365, Active Directory, Citrix (Desirable)
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* LAN/WAN Support
* Strong communication skills needed as this is a user facing role.
