We are recruiting for a L2 Support Engineer for our client in Tralee, Co. Kerry. You will be responsible for onsite and off-site support and installations of server hardware and network equipment. This is a full time permanent position based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onsite and off-site support and installations of server hardware and network equipment
  • Point of contact to provide support to customer’s needs
  • Respond to clients calls and analyse and resolve faults
  • New Desktop setups and data migration
  • Office 365 migrations and administration.
  • Analyse and resolve faults – from major system crashes to resetting passwords
  • Prioritize, update, respond to and escalate support tickets
  • Switching, Firewall and Router Support
  • Work closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customers
  • Learning new technologies though training or self-learning.
  • Carry out routine security checks and undertake preventative measures to maintain network security
