We are currently recruiting for a Service & Support Engineer for our client in Dublin. As a Service & Support Engineer with a strong track record within the Industrial Automation Sector, you will be tasked with Providing first-class customer support and act as the technical focal point for the company from hand over by sales to project closing.
Responsibilities:
- Project initiation system design
- Project planning, detailed design, and configuration
- Providing technical specification to procurement and supervision of suppliers
- Conducting internal testing
- Executing or leading the Factory Acceptance Test, transition to site, site installation, commissioning and Site Acceptance Test
- Monitoring and controlling the quality of work; and formalising project closures
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the petrochemical / Industrial Automation environment
- Minimum degree qualification in an engineering or process related subject
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and Health and Safety at Work Act
- Full EU/UK driving licence
- Applicants with Offshore certificates and safety systems experience are highly desired, however full training can be provided.
Our client provides a healthy work-life balance with a blend of working from home and the office. There will be a requirement to travel to UK customer sites for projects.
