Recruit First IT is seeking a Service Desk Manager for one of our Financial clients based in Dublin City Centre.

• 5+ years in a Service Desk Management role
• Skilled and/or Certified in ITIL
• Coming from a Financial Services background would be advantageous
• Excellent planning & organisational skills.
• Experience of setting, adhering to and achieving/exceeding SLA’s.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Strong knowledge of Service Desk Management systems
