Key Responsibilities:

* To Work with the IT Systems Manager supporting the office and productions environment.
* Assist & Support our ISO 27001 program and compliance to other best practices.
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
* Perform troubleshooting and repair work at a hardware, software level and network level.
* Assist with and work with others to support resolutions.
* Administration, management and monitoring of production servers including Redhat/CentOs Linux and Microsoft Windows 2012/2016.
* Performance tuning, capacity planning and troubleshooting of Infrastructure.
* Administration, management and monitoring of Data Storage and backups.
* Administration, management and monitoring of ESX VM Environment

Key Requirements:

* Virtualised Environment Administration.
* Administration of Windows Server & Linux environment including Active Directory, Files Shares, User management, Patch management and Server hardening.
* Firewall/Security Management.
* Anti-Virus, IDS, FIM.
* IP routing LAN, VLAN, WLAN.
* Data Storage/Backup Management/SAN.
* Webserver, Application Server, Database Server Hardening, Configuration and management.
* Strong understanding of Windows + Linux Server systems.
