TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is hiring a number of Level 1 Service Desk Support Agents for permanent positions.
Skills required (Essential).
*Previous IT Helpdesk/Service Desk Support expertise - minimum of 6-12 months experience required (recent).
*Experience of resolving technical tickets received, or escalating them to Level 2 Support
*Exceptional Customer Service skills - Fluency in written and spoken English skills
*Ability to multi-task, be pro-active, courteous and helpful to customers.
Technical Skills (essential)
*Previous IT Helpdesk - Technical support skills
*Mobile Phone Support Skills
*Operating System support Skill - Microsoft
*CompTIA A+ or similar qualification required.
Availability to work on a shift-pattern basis is required.

Candidates must be located in Ireland for interview and be able to attend a Dublin office location for work (hybrid) - Due to the Shift patterns involved, a long commute will not suit for this role.
Candidates should also be currently eligible to work in Ireland (EU Citizen/Stamp 4). The salary level for this role will not accommodate a work permit application/sponsorship.
