VOIP Engineer required for leading VOIP provider based in Park West, Dublin 12. This is a permanent full-time role and an opportunity to join a smart, eager, and extremely passionate team within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2^nd / 3^rd line escalation support to the internal support team
• Take ownership of advanced technical issues and manage them through to resolution
• Work with the development team to deploy new services and integrations
• Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ in a Technical support role
• Strong knowledge of VOIP, SIP, and PBX services
• Strong tech knowledge of TCP and UDP over IPv4 and an understanding of IPv6.
• Familiar with protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark
• Comfortable working with hosting technologies based on Linux based server systems
