Reporting to the CIO, we are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer. Exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding organisation, adopting transformational change (including core IT Systems), with the security of the financial backing of a Global parent.
Really interesting opportunity to join, as the company has recently completed a major systems transformation, moving to a Greenfield Azure Cloud based Architecture with specialist systems support & administration being provided by external vendors, having extracted IT from the parent organisation.
You must be able to operate in a multi-vendor ecosystem, where IT services are outsourced.
This is a new position within the company and your role will be responsible for the design and
delivery of day-to-day security controls and implementation of the security strategy, as well as
governance of security through the external vendors.
Experience & Skillset Requirements:
* 5 years + experience in Cyber security (specifically in Azure, ADFS, SAML, O365, Microsoft Stack, Microsoft 365) and its governance across Azure Cloud environments (Azure, Sharepoint Online, O365)
* Ability to assess & monitor external vendors of IT services & systems for Cyber Security across LAN & WAN environments
* Expertise in a Regulated environment - financial services, insurance, banking, Pharma / Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related
* Expertise in Azure Cloud & Microsoft Cloud Technologies
* Azure, ADSF, SAML, LAN/WAN and cloud cybersecurity experience
* Vulnerability & Pen testing analysis
* InfoSec & Cyber Risk Management
* Multi-vendor ecosystem environment experience
