TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is seeking application for a Level 1 Service Desk role (hybrid), providing support to Customers/Clients via phone/email.
Previous IT Helpdesk or IT Service Desk expertise is essential. (please note only candidates with this experience can be considered).
Skills To Include.
*Expertise in a call-logging/ticketing system.
*Excellent technical/IT knowledge/experience in resolving technical issues
*Windows, Azure, MDM knowledge
*Strong communication skills, - written and verbal
*Ability to work flexible hours.
*Mobile Phone support skills/SIMS Operating Systems.
Candidates must be able to commute to Dublin for work and be flexible for a shift pattern covering both day time and evening shifts. (7am to 10pm in coverage).
